Living a sustainable life means getting along with all manner of life and knowing that you better not piddle on the planet. Cooperative Behavior is my voice in that effort. It’s where I write about my passions for living local, food, farming and family. Sprinkled here and there you’ll catch a glimpse of my wide-eyed wonder at the natural world and what all those cool scientists reveal to us by asking that ever curious question, why.
With my significant other, I’m a wanna-be organic farmer (just getting started). I’m also a member of the journalism tribe and — for lo these many years — a grad student studying essay writing in Kansas. Thus Cooperative Behavior attempts to throw the essay into the blogosphere to see how they get along with each other (and birth a thesis to boot).
